5/28/2023 0 Comments Walther pp manurhin new box![]() I've have thought of tracing him down and asking why he would ruin a gun like that. The demand of new WALTHER MANURHIN PP pistols has risen 5 units over the past 12 months. Thee officer who had it tried to make a thumb rest by sanding down the grip on the left side where his thumb would have rested. I forgot to mention the one I got had a major flaw. ![]() While the 7.62/32ACP doesn't match the 380ACP in power I am surprised in the amount of felt recoil. I like Walthers and shot mine extensively. According to European laws, the country where the gun is finished is listed as the country of manufacturer and all Walther PP's after the war were made in France at the Manhurin facility. The guns finished in Germany were allowed to be marked made in Germany. ![]() Guess which I snapped up.Įven though some Walthers are marked Manhurin made in France and some are marked Walther made in W Germany, all were made in France. Some had worn bores, some had carry wear, and some were perfect. The Turners store I worked at in Culver City had more than 50 of them come in. The P1's in 9mm coming in at the same time were going for $189. They came with the box, the factory test target, the brass cleaning rod, a current manual, the duty holster, and cost $159. Walther PP in 7.62/32ACP with W German markings were brought in en mass in the 80's by Interarms when the W German police moved to the P5 by Walther, P6 by Sig, and P7 by HK. I don't see the brown grips often and I've never seen a brown magazine finger extension.
